2. Description of Service

Lnkers is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized landing pages containing links to their social media profiles, websites, content, and other online destinations. Our Service includes features such as:

• Custom link pages with your unique username (lnkers.com/username)
• Social media link integration (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
• Email subscription collection for your audience
• Customizable themes, layouts, and styling options
• Analytics and insights to track page views and link clicks
• Premium features available through paid subscription plans

3. Account Registration

To use Lnkers, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Lnkers. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Lnkers offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium plans (Plus and Pro) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. 6. Username Policy

Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our terms, are inactive for extended periods, or infringe on trademarks. We may also reclaim usernames for brand protection purposes or to prevent user confusion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Lnkers name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Lnkers. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lnkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
