At Lnkers, we strive to provide an excellent link-in-bio platform for creators and professionals. We offer premium subscription plans (Plus at $6.99/month and Pro at $19.99/month) with additional features. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid services.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all premium features until that date
  • Your account will automatically revert to the free plan after the billing period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in your current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

3.1 First-Time Subscribers (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

If you are a first-time subscriber to a Lnkers premium plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and cannot be used for subsequent subscriptions or renewals.

3.2 Service Issues

If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the paid features of Lnkers, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.

3.3 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charges in full.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
  • Failure to use or underutilization of premium features
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel before renewal to avoid charges)
  • Partial months or unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Price changes or promotional offers after your purchase

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers. After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you want to try the service before committing to an annual subscription.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

8. Plan Downgrades

If you wish to downgrade from Pro to Plus or from a paid plan to Free:

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades
  • You will retain higher-tier features until your current period ends
  • Some customizations may be reset when reverting to a lower tier

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending investigation.
